Interested in Sponsoring The Ionizers?

Our team is preparing for our first robotics competition season, in January 2026. Our community-based team of high-school students builds a 120 pound robot to compete against thousands of other robots in just 12 weeks. To sustain our team, we’ve set a fundraising goal of $50,000 to cover the costs of tools, robot components, travel fees, workspace rent, competition entry fees, and other operational requirements. 

While both donations and sponsorships are deeply valued by our team, sponsorship offers additional recognition and visibility during competitions and promotional events. For those who invest in our mission as a team, more than 25,000 people will see your brand logos and names on our robot, team shirts, banners, and promotional materials. This number jumps to over 75,000 people should we qualify for World Championships. Our sponsors also gain local recognition through our outreach programs, since we consistently distribute promotional material with logos and names of our sponsors. We have built a robot to throw the first pitch of an Aces game, construct and hosted a public mini-golf hole in our maker space, and participated in news and radio interviews. 

Becoming one of The Ionizers’ sponsors isn’t just an act of incredible kindness and generosity; it is also a clear show of support for the next generation of innovators, and shows commitment to high quality education and community development. We accept donations and sponsorships of all kinds, including monetary donations, in-kind donations, and mentorships. Potential benefits for sponsors include recognition with your logo on robots and team materials, demos at your business, and display opportunities for customers. 

If you are interested in becoming a sponsor, The Ionizers are happy to send a student to meet you in person and discuss the possibility. We can also host a demonstration of our robot and answer any questions you have about the robot or our team.
